Rob was engaging and quite knowledgeable.  He handled all questions well, had an interactive style and used personal humor and sharing to make the program a complete success.  Our staff continue to use an discuss their “Colors” in conversations with their colleagues.

As a manager, understanding people, personally and professionally, allows me to create a greater working environment. Interesting and informative.  Helped me understand more about my own issues and how to deal with them. It is a program that everyone should partake in, to better understand all people we come in contact with.

The program helped me to be alert of others differences and needs. Interacting with coworkers on this level is always helpful. It was great to learn how others process being upset in the workplace in order to effectively deal with them. Rob was well informed.  This was a great refresher course to the original “Real Colors” program. Good presentation with relevant personal stories.

Rob was funny and helped us see the value in everyone. Excellent program, very relevant and Rob was very enthusiastic and professional. Very informative.  Great to be able to understand others.  Rob was fun and interactive. Great way to learn about coworkers and yourself. I did not know what to expect.  Was pleasantly surprised.  Rob was charismatic, had great insight and made it fun. Have had similar training in the past, but this was so much better.  It focused on the positive and how to make it work.

Excellent interaction with the presenter, can use these skill when tackling issues in a group setting. Really helped me understand the personality differences in my coworkers. Great expansion from the “Real Colors” program from last year and how to utilize “Colors” in a team setting. Great to understand everyone’s strengths and weaknesses. Provides insights about peronality differences and how to creat greater teamwork. Seeing how others perceived me in a group setting was eye opening. Rob was a great presenter, able to keep everyone engaged and he helped expand on our previous “Real Colors” experience. Rob’s energy in presenting the material is always at a high and professional level.  He really know how to get everyone involved.
